1. Click on the navigation link (to the left) that says Products.

2. Next, choose the product you want and make sure to fill out any drop down boxes that are used to specify color, size, style, etc.

3. If you are ordering an item from the "Custom Goods" section, there are additional drop down boxes that say "Image Category" and "Image Number". Right above these boxes, there are links to different categories of images. Browse the links and choose which image you want. Use the first drop down box to choose which category contains the image you want. Then use the second drop down box to choose the number of that image. It's as simple as that!

4. Choose your payment method. We accept all major credit cards and checks online through PayPal. When you use PayPal to pay for your order, your credit card and personal information is protected. PayPal is the world's largest and safest Internet-based payment network and has over 9 Million Members. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can sign up today, all you need is a bank account - it's free and secure!

If you would rather mail me a check/money order, that's fine as well. Your shipment will be sent once the check/money order has cleared the bank.

Special Image Requests

Let me know if you have a specific request as far as image placement goes. Typically, I will put the image in the middle (front) of the product. If you want something different - just let me know that in the additional information section (of the checkout screen).

Custom Ordering

In addition to the provided designs, you can request that an image of your own be transferred onto one of my products. Simply let me know that you want a custom order in the additional information section of the checkout screen. Then send an email with the image attachment here.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped USPS priority mail which is great for you, because it means you should receive your order within 3-4 days of me sending it out! If you happen to need/want overnight shipping, we can work that out as well - just send me an email first.

Shipping prices are calculated directly from the USPS database - you won't be overcharged for shipping here! Once you have completed the checkout screen (but before you have submitted / confirmed your order) you will be advised of the total product and shipping costs.

Turnaround:

All emails will be responded to within 48 hours (maximum) and 24 hours (normally).

All pre-made orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of submission with the exception of any backordered items. If any items are backordered, you will be alerted right away and given an ETA of delivery.

Custom orders can take longer to get out to you. The maximum length of time it should take to get to you would be 7-10 days. But don't worry - when you make a custom order from this site, you will be emailed ASAP with an ETA of delivery. I'll do everything I can to get it out to you as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy:

Your orders are 100% guaranteed. If you should be unsatisfied with your order for any reason, contact me within 30 days and I will do everything possible to correct the problem. Your business is appreciated and I will do everything to keep it. So shop with confidence!

Privacy:

Any contact information from your order form is used only to fulfill orders. Financial information is NOT stored on our servers to protect your security.

Any information received or collected from users, orders placed, or otherwise is held with the utmost respect, and is never given out or sold.
